5. Return and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products:
No returns are accepted after delivery unless the product is damaged or defective.

Physical damage
Leakage or tampering
Incorrect product delivered
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at nirvifoods10@gmail.com with photos and order details.
Upon verification, we will:
Replace the product, or
Issue a full refund (processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method).
Refund Conditions:
Product must remain unopened.
Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence is required.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
