Return and Refunds Policy

  • At Nirvi Foods, we take great care to deliver premium-quality products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food and beverage items, we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

1. No Returns After Delivery-We do not accept returns of any Ready-to-Eat, Ready-to-Drink, or Dehydrated products once delivered, unless there is a quality issue or product damage.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged
  • Leaking or tampered
  • Different from what you ordered

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at nirvifoods10@gmail.com with photos and order details.

3. Refund or Replacement

Upon verification, we will:

  • Replace the product or
  • Issue a full refund

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

  • Product must remain unopened.
  • Proof of purchase and evidence (photos/videos) of issue must be submitted.
  • Claims beyond 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
